Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring a strict cancellation policy will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply:
For 1 day tours (except CL4 or CL5):
0 to 4 days out = 100% cancellation fee
4+ days out = 10% cancellation fee
For 1 day Cape Leveque (CL4 or CL5):
0 to 4 days out = 100% cancellation fee
4 to 7 days out = 50% cancellation fee
7+ days out = 10% cancellation fee
For tours or packages exceeding 1 day in duration:
0 to 15 days out = 100% cancellation fee
15 to 30 days out = 50% cancellation fee
30+ days out = 10% cancellation fee
*Cruising fees on apply.
