Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
The deposit will be forfeited. A fee will be applied for cancellation and will be determined by the length of notice given for such cancellation.
Within 60-30 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of 50% to the total value of the reservation.
Less than 30 days prior to departure a cancellation fee of 100% to the total value of the reservation.
The nature of the expeditions offered means that in some places and under some circumstances passengers may face some physical discomfort or even danger.This being the case it is expected that every passenger onboard the cruise understands and appreciates the risks invloved and is prepared to accept those risks as part of the spirit of adventure. The management and crew undertake to provide every possible safety precaution and to take all due care in the cousre of the expedition but ultimately all responsibility for illness accident or death or any property damage or loss lies with the passenger. Kimberley Quest is unable to take any responsibility for any action on behalf of any other carriers that may result in passengers failing to meet the conditions set down for any cruise. Liability breach of contract arising from or caused by directly or indirectly force majeure war industrial dispute civil unrest or natural disater cannot be accepted by Pearl Sea Coastal Cruises.
